7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in London, United Kingdom, in accordance with the LCIA Arbitration Rules, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that Harmony & Bloom shall be entitled to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
